email or internet use at work..
It is commonplace now for people at work to use email as readily as using the telephone, and Internet access is often part of the set up of a company workstation. Furthermore many people now routinely use email and the internet for personal communication e.g. Facebook, Twitter etc as well as for work purposes. So it is important that the Company makes any restrictions on using work systems clear to employees in its Internet and Email policies.
